Solution Spire provides IT services including, but not limited to, Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, and Cloud Services. The specific deliverables and timelines for any project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
Intellectual Property
Website Content: All content on this website (text, logos, graphics, images) is the property of Solution Spire and is protected by copyright laws.
Client Projects: Upon full payment, all rights, title, and interest in the deliverables created for the Client shall be transferred to the Client, as defined in our Service Agreement.
User Obligations
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose. You shall not attempt to compromise the security of our website, upload malicious code, or interfere with our network operations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solution Spire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.
